The location is favourable, and the staff is loyal. We booked suite for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. The hostess was lovely. Enjoyed dainties at la belle epoque, it was around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

It seems like everything was modern for us, we would recommend it. Rooms and location were fantastic, good value. Also, cardiff castle was max 15 minutes walk to.
